Alastair Flett - CA Born and raised in the South Island, Alastair attended Lincoln University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture). Alastair is married to Katrina and they live with their family at Te Miro, Cambridge. Alastair started accounting in 1987, becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant in 1990.  In 1991 he became a partner of Loewenthal Wiseley Flett in Otorohanga, which then became Wisely Flett McKenzie, and then in 2004 Alastair became the senior partner in Flett McKenzie Strawbridge.  After 18 years with these practices, he decided to go out on his own and in April 2010 started Fletts Accounting Solutions based in Te Awamutu. His background in practical farming and farm consulting makes him ideally qualified to offer advice and assistance on all aspects of farming operations.  He is the Chairman of Professional Mortgage Investment Trust, bringing his expertise from the financial sector to the fore.

Sandra Hancock - ACA Sandra studied at Waikato University graduating with a Bachelor of Management Studies. After working in the commercial sector for a number of years, Sandra completed further studies and became a member of the Institute as an Associate Chartered Accountant. With over thirteen years of accounting experience, she is now a Senior Accountant and the Practice Manager for Fletts.	Frances Chunn Frances has a Diploma in Accounting from the Open Polytechic and has over six years accounting experience. Frances has the most important job of all – she pays the wages!!, as well as Annual Accounting and GST Preparation.	Monica Anderson Monica graduated from Waikato University with a Bachelor of Management Studies. Having over sixteen years of accounting experience, Monica is the tax administrator for Fletts, as well as Annual Accounting and GST Preparation.
Karen Edmonds - AT Karen is an Accounting Technician member of the Institute and has more than thirty years of accounting experience. Karen is also a Senior Accountant and her role is Annual Accounting and GST preparation.	Bronwyn Welten Bronwyn has been here at Fletts for just over a year and has become our ‘Jill of all Trades’.  With over fifteen years of administration experience, Brownyn handles ACC queries, as well as Annual Accounting and GST Preparation, while also being the backup Office Administrator.	Mary Bartie Mary is a new recruit to the team.  Being the Office Administrator - she will be your first point of contact here at the office, as well as taking care of PAYE and Company Administration. Mary has had many years of administration experience and looks forward to some new challenges in the accounting field.
